About the role

Do you want to start your career in service and maintenance in a practical and developmental role? We are looking for a Junior Service and Maintenance Technician who wants to learn the trade, contribute to daily operations, and develop together with experienced colleagues. In this role, you will work with basic service and maintenance tasks under supervision. The position is suitable for you who are new to the industry or at the beginning of your technical career and want to build practical experience in a safe and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lubrication according to lubrication schedules.
• Simple bearing replacements.
• Cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with mechanical repairs.
• Participate in shutdowns and overhaul work.
• Perform simple inspections.
• Document completed work.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding.
• Safe use of hand tools.
• Basic drawing comprehension.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety.

We are looking for you who are a recent graduate or have recently started working in the field. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a desire to learn new work tasks.
